The Norden Room in the Residence is where the "La Marmotta" restaurant offers superb recipes of traditional Aosta Valley, Gressoney and other mountain dishes based on meat, game, polenta and local cheeses. Mediterranean cooking and fresh fish dishes are also available. In addition, there is a children's menu and an extensive wine list, all backed up by excellent service.
Banquets can be arranged for up to 200 diners with, on request, service provided in costume and live music; the Party Room next door is suitable for dinner-dances. Info at Hotel reception also.
Open: 12pm - 3pm / 7pm - 10,30pm. During high season, the restaurant is open every day. In low season, it is closed on Monday evenings and all day Tuesday.
